  6. I wrote this program to fill a specific need I had to manage the
  7. individual checks that I deposit into the bank.  I am a freelance musician,
  8. and my income is from many different sources.  I needed a way to keep
  9. track of what I have and have not been paid for.  BANK ACCOUNT MANAGER
  10. was born from this need.

  12. The program runs faster if the bank files are loaded in ram: at the
  13. start to facilitate the programs search speed and quick execution.  This
  14. will be done automatically for you once you start the program running.
  15. You will be prompted when you close the file whether or not you want to
  16. save the work back to the floppy.

  18. All of the indexed files are included in this archive with a few
  19. example entries present to get you started.  The program is keyboard
  20. operated.  By pressing 'h' from the keyboard you will access the help
  21. screen to illustrate all of the functions that are available.

  23. This is version 1.2 and has more functions than the earlier version that
  24. was posted on the board.  All the files, however, are compatible.

  26. I hope you find this program helpful and become spurred you to write some
  27. of your own and upload it to this board.  Maybe we can get some interest in
  28. building a library of programs for various needs.
